フランスのホットサンドイッチ

フランスで小腹が好いた時は「キッシュ」もよいですが、私が好んでいただいのは、「クロックムッシュ」です。
焼いたパンにハムとチーズが挟んであるサンドイッチ。先日、マリアージュフレール銀座店でいただいたときの写真ですが、本場パリを思い出す懐かしいお味「クロックムッシュ」。レシピ同じだと思います！サラダもたっぷりついていて、結局夕方いただいたので、早めの軽いディナーになってしまいました。

最近いただいていない、南仏らしいお野菜やハムなどのクレープもいただきたいなぁ♪
