イギリス風スコーンの作り方
9月最後のレッスンは、初めての試み、「スコーン教室」を開催いたしました。現在ホテルのラウンジやカフェでいただくスコーンはどちらかというと、中までさくっとしているタイプ。VictorianTeaSalonのそれは外はさっくり、中はもちっとした味が特徴です。今回、ご好評にお答えし、スコーンのレシピを初公開しました！皆さん最初はおっかなぴっくり生地をこねていましたが、実際に焼きあがったお手製スコーンのお味、いかがでしたか？またご希望があればスコーンレッスンを開催いたしますので、是非お問い合わせ下さい。
