All About Japan 嶋さんのお店
サロンでもティーパーティでオードブルを作っていただいたり、大変お世話になっている嶋 啓祐さん。ブリティッシュパブタウンクライヤーのオーナーであり、フレンチのガイドの嶋さんが初のフレンチ「ビストロブルゴーニュ」をオープンされました。
赤坂見附徒歩1分という好立地条件のお店。オープニングパーティの2日目に知人と伺わせていただきましたが、お店から溢れるほどの大勢の方がいらっしゃいました。さすが！
取材に来ていただいたてから、一年以上経過。時が経つのは早いものです。
