スコーンのお供に

昨日に引き続き、おすすめ食材のご紹介です。写真はクローテッドクリームとダブルクリーム。いずれもスコーンとの相性抜群です。クローテッドクリームについてはサロンゲストの皆様はすでにご存知かと思いますが、これは珍しい苺フレーバー。瓶も愛らしいでしょう！実際のお味ですが、苺味の主張はそれほど強くなく、意外と酸味が目立ちます。
そして、ダブルクリーム。これはイギリスでは生クリームの一種として売られています。イギリスの生クリームにはこの他にもハーフやシングルがありますが、詳しくはまたレッスンででも、とりあげましょう。写真のものは、甘みのないもので、舌の上でねっとりとした乳脂肪分がしっかり感じられるタイプです。
残念ながらサロン所有ではありません。先日友人宅で発見し、日本で見かける機会が少ないため、ご紹介用に撮影させていただきました。（お見苦しい写真で恐縮です・・・）この日はイギリスの食材、他にもいろいろ見つけて来ましたよ。追ってご紹介したいと思います。
