6月19日レッスン
6月19日のテーマは「Haas&Haas」。ウィーンで仕入れてきたもので、ゲストの皆様へのお披露目はこの日が初めて。フレーバーティーがお好きで、特にこのテーマのレッスン日を狙っておいでくださった方もいらっしゃいました。味も香りも、そして見た目も楽しい「Haas&Haas」の茶葉に、皆様終始驚きや感激の声を漏らされていました。
香りと味を堪能しています。
個性豊かな茶葉達ばかりでしたので、最後に皆様のToday's Bestを伺ったのですが、皆様それぞれにお好みが分かれました。
これは特に美しい色が出たBIEDERMEIERです。なんて美しい朱でしょう！
こうして、このサロンでいろいろな個性と魅力を持つ茶葉を沢山味わわれ、ご自分の好きな紅茶を見つけていただけることは、私にとっても嬉しいことです。多くの方の紅茶との出会いを創りだすことが出来る、、これは本当にオーナー冥利に尽きます。今日もまた、笑顔の皆様をお見送りした後、大好きな茶葉をゆっくり味わいながら、そんな喜びに浸るわたしなのでした。。

初めて味わう多種多様な紅茶を、迷いながら決めて、
楽しくいただくことが出来ました。
手作りのキッシュも美味しくて、あっという間の
ひと時でした。
帰り道、さっそく紅茶を買って帰りました。
いつもはコーヒーを飲むことが多いのですが、
ゆっくり紅茶をいれる時間を持とうと思います。
