イベント
12/18（土）-19（日）イギリス某メーカーのVIPのお客様300名強向けのイベントが銀座店で開催されました。1/15上映開始予定の映画「ネバーランド」の試写会とお料理と飲み物を楽しんでいただくという趣旨のものです。
サロンからは、本場イギリスを感じていただくために、現地から直送していただいた新鮮なキーマンを濃いミルクティーとしてサーブし、スィーツはウォーカーズ社のショートブレッドをご用意し、とても好評でした。お持ち帰りにも同じ茶葉を用意させていただきましたので、ご自宅でもイギリス気分を味わっていただけたのではないでしょうか。
サロンのアシスタントは、約1ヶ月間準備に終われ、とても忙しかったことと思います。今まで最大規模のイベント。一日に2回開催で計4回とスケジュール的にもかなりハードでしたが、無事終了することができ心より嬉しく思います。今後も大きなイベントで多くの方に紅茶をサーブさせていただき機会を持ちたいです！2004年度のサロンの活動は最後になります。21日より最新情報を現地に収集しにヨーロッパに行ってきます。留守中のサロンはアシスタントの皆さんがしっかり守ってくださるので、安心です。帰国後皆様にお目にかかれることを楽しみにしています。
