りょうのかい　レポート

第11回りょうのかいが無事に終了しました。50名強のゲストの方がお越しくださいました。みなさま少し早いクリスマスパーティの気分を味わっていただけたのではないでしょうか。

今回の弦楽四重奏では、クリスマスメドレーやウェストサイドストーリーが奏でられ、ムードいっぱいのプログラムでした。生演奏の響きはとても心地よいものです。

ティーサロンからは、入荷したばかりのクリスマスティーをミルクティーにし、サーブさせていただきました。スパイシーなため、苦手な方も多いのではと思い、ミルクとシュガーのバランスでシナモンの癖と独特の渋みをやわらかに感じるお味にアレンジいたしました。終了後、皆様に感想をお伺いしたところ、大変好評でした。日本ではまだなじみの薄いクリスマスティーの美味しさを、皆様にご紹介できた事を、大変嬉しく思います。
