Specialist course
通常のサロン型レッスンの他にSpecialist course として、Ceritificate course クラスがあります。こちらはより本格的に学びVictorian tea salon認定バトラーになるためのものですが、今回はイギリス菓子というテーマでした。
サロンのゲストの皆様はやはり、東京近郊の方が多く、遠方の方はメールでの情報交換などをさせていただいておりますが、この度、広島からO-samaが参加されました。O-samaは中国茶を精通されていらっしゃる関係で紅茶にもご興味を持たれ、以前より当サイトをご覧いただいていらっしゃったとのことです。先日掲載されました雑誌MISSもご購入いただき、サロンに興味をお持ちいただき、とても嬉しい限りです。
当日はサロンお菓子担当のAkiko-sanレシピによるイギリス伝統的なスコーン作り。イギリス式の作り方に初トライで皆さん出来上がるまで非常に不安そうな様子でしたが、とても美味しいスコーンが出来上がりました。イギリスのスコーンの特徴はロンドン市内は品よく小ぶりで、郊外はずっしり大きいです。
