英国ブランドVIP向イベントにて紅茶をサーブいたしました

2004年12月18（土）-19（日）の両日、イギリスの某アパレルブランド主催のVIP向けイベントにてティーサーブをさせていただきました。

二日間で来場者は約300名様。これだけの規模のお客様へのサーブは初めての経験でしたが、成功裏に終えることが出来ました。

イギリス映画「ネバーランド」の試写会でしたのでより英国的な雰囲気を味わっていただきたいと考え、
ご提供する茶葉としてキーマンを選びました。これを濃いめのミルクティーにし、ショートブレッドを沿えてお出しいたしました。12月の寒い週末、暖かい英国式ミルクティーと心温まる映画のストーリーでお客様の表情も和やかに・・・。会場は終始暖かい雰囲気に包まれていました。このときのミルクティーを実際にお試しになりたい方は、お早めにレッスンお申込みくださいませ。使用茶葉が、まだ若干サロンにございます！
